BWT's 808nm 4W,8W Diode Laser are designed in high heat load (HHL) package and with proprietary optical configuration, thus simplifying the module structure and easy for system integration. Furthermore, there are multi-function choices like thermoelectric cooler (TEC), aiming beam, photodiode (PD) and thermistor. Meanwhile, other wavelength 976nm 10W is also the same packaging.
